Your skipper will blast you out into the open sea with a 40hp turbo-charged diesel engine and some tunes blasting in the speakers. It’s basically white water rafting meets rollercoaster ride, and you can bet you’ll be coming out soaked after high-speed manoeuvres like fish tails, slide-outs, peach power stops, wave surfing and 270-degree spins.

4. Pinnacles Desert Sunset Stargazing Tour

A visit to Western Australia seems incomplete without going to visit the unique limestone formations that are The Pinnacles.

Formed approximately 25,000 to 30,000 years ago, the natural wonders lie in the Nambung National Park, about a 2-hour drive north of Perth.
