Airbnb and Myer have partnered up for the ultimate Christmas listing.
Airbnb is indeed working their Christmas magic with its latest listing an overnight stay at Myer; you know that shopping wonderland we all love to part ways with cash just to spoil ourselves.
The next-level listing will have shopaholics in delight, literally waking up with being surrounded with all that you could ever wish for in Myer’s flagship Bourke Street store. To make this unique stay happen, Airbnb and Myer are transforming the Personal Styling Suites into Christmas wonderland to cater a family of four. In celebration of the store’s 65th anniversary, this Airbnb stay is being offered at $65 a night.
So, no need to wait for Santa to come bearing gifts, not when this one-of-kind stay includes a sleuth of unique activities on offer across its nine levels for everyone to get involved. Honestly, it sounds like the Willy Wonka of department store dreams coming true.
The Myer Christmas December 23 staycation schedule includes shopping (naturally) with Myer Ambassador and male model Kris Smith, paired with a sizable store credit to spend along the way.
You won’t be shopping on an empty stomach either as the stay also includes an indulgent Christmas feast with all the trimmings cooked by Masterchef contestant, Khanh Ong.
Your bedtime schedule is also being taken care of with a bedtime story read by comedian Eddie Perfect, although you may be in fits of laughter rather than being in a state of snooze.
The stay also includes an after-hours private tour of the Myer Christmas windows with Creative and Technical Director, John Kerr to see how the traditional displays are put together.
Lastly, your stay ends on a goodwill high, living up to the season of giving with a Salvation Army toy grab collection. Grab as many toys and presents as possible in five minutes throughout the store to donate to children in need. Now that’s getting into the ultimate Christmas shopping spirit.
Get in there quick as the Myer x Airbnb experience is available to book from 12:01pm EST on Saturday, December 19.
